May 9, 2025 – In a landmark move that underscores its growing appeal as a premier destination for cultural and immersive travel, AlUla has signed five new Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with leading Destination Management Companies (DMCs), bringing its total DMC network to 13.
The announcement was made last week during the prestigious Arabian Travel Market (ATM) in Dubai, marking a significant step in AlUla’s mission to deliver seamless, high-quality travel experiences to a discerning global audience.
The new DMC partnerships include:
CTTC and Talia Tourism – Both firms are key players in facilitating inbound travel from China, a strategic market for AlUla.
UTA – A legacy DMC with 77 years of operational excellence across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Jordan.
Athaar Arabia – One of Saudi Arabia’s pioneering DMCs, boasting over six decades of deep-rooted industry expertise.
AlFares International – With 26 years of experience, this DMC specializes in servicing a broad array of international markets.
These new additions complement AlUla’s existing network, which includes renowned operators such as Abercrombie & Kent, Discover Saudi, EXO Saudi Arabia, and Go Zahid, among others.
By expanding its DMC network, AlUla is reinforcing its commitment to delivering end-to-end, curated travel packages that reflect its values of authenticity, heritage preservation, and sustainable tourism. Visitors can expect top-tier services—from airport transfers and luxury accommodations to bespoke itineraries and exclusive experiences designed to showcase AlUla’s unparalleled landscapes, archaeology, and culture.
This strategic growth comes at a pivotal time. AlUla is experiencing a surge in international interest, bolstered by its acclaimed Forever Revitalising campaign, the vibrant lineup of AlUla Moments events, and a flourishing luxury hospitality scene. These efforts are positioning the destination as a cornerstone of Saudi Arabia’s broader tourism vision.
Thanks to enhanced air connectivity via AlUla International Airport—with direct flights from Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Dubai, and Doha, and seasonal routes from Manama and Amman—access to this once-hidden gem is easier than ever.
As AlUla continues to build on its vision of offering meaningful and immersive travel rooted in culture, history, and nature, the expanded DMC partnerships serve as a powerful catalyst for delivering on that promise to travelers around the world.
