Setting the stage for a year of innovation, leadership, and community impact, Rotaract District 3132 recently conducted the District Team Learning Seminar 2025–26, hosted by the spirited Rotaract Club of Tembhurni. The event, spearheaded by District Rotaract Representative Elect (DRRE) Ar. Ketaki Sanjay Kulkarni brought together a dynamic assembly of district officers for a full-day experience of structured learning and leadership alignment.

Guided by the vision of District Governor Rtn. Sudhir Lature, this year’s seminar emphasised deeper engagement through interactive Breakout Sessions and a well-curated Learning Handbook — tools that ed active participation, collaborative thinking, and skill enhancement.
