New Delhi: Drone Federation of India (DFI) recently signed a memorandum of understanding with Micelio, an enabler of a sustainable mobility ecosystem. This strategic partnership aims to promote indigenous manufacturing and drone startups/companies by providing them with hardware and software tools that are much required for product development.
Micelio will bring its experience of deploying such shared infrastructure for the Electric Vehicle sector to DFI’s drone community. This collaboration would companies working right from the component & sub-system level, to complete integrated solutions and further facilitate drone start-ups in adopting smarter tools, working with prototypes, and building complex products from the ground up in India. This shall help Indian drone companies reduce their dependence on imports & become self-sufficient in of components.
